The standard came from my grandfather.

My grandfather, Alan Dale Danielson, spent 45 years repairing appliances. He ran his shop on a simple idea: tell people the truth about what's wrong, quote them in writing, and do the work like your name is on the receipt — because it is. That standard didn't just get him customers. It got him neighbors who called back twenty years later.

I founded Texas Star Appliance in 2022 to continue what he built — in the local community I live in. Same standard. Modern parts catalog. One truck, one owner, one phone number, and a written estimate before any work begins.

My name is Chris Rose. When you call, you reach me. When I show up, I'm the one doing the work. And we don't stop until it's right.

How we were raised.

We believe every home we walk into is a place we've been trusted to serve. That comes from how we were raised — from a grandfather who treated every service call as a chance to take care of a neighbor. Faith isn't a sales pitch here; it's the reason the standard exists.

What that looks like on a service call.

When you call (469) 919-5558, you reach the person who's going to fix your appliance — not a call center or a dispatcher. We charge a $140 service fee to come out and diagnose. If you approve the repair, that fee becomes part of the repair total. Nothing gets touched without a written estimate. And every repair is backed by a 90-day parts and labor warranty.

We don't do same-day promises we can't keep. Most appointments land within 48 hours, and we say so honestly when they don't. We don't service HVAC, and we don't pull garbage disposals — we stick to major household appliances because that's where the craft is.
