Service Agreement
By scheduling a service appointment with Texas Star Appliance, you agree to be present at the service location during the scheduled appointment window or have an authorized adult present on your behalf.
Pricing and Payment
We believe in honesty and transparency. The service fee is $140 for us to come diagnose the issue, and if a repair is performed it becomes part of the repair total. We provide a written estimate before any work begins — no hidden fees, no surprise charges, no pressure. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.
Warranty
We fix the real problem and stand behind our work. All repairs performed by Texas Star Appliance come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor, covering defects in workmanship and replacement parts installed during the original repair.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
Liability
Texas Star Appliance is fully licensed and insured. We carry comprehensive liability insurance to protect both us and your property during service calls.
